Process: Natural blend and washed
Description: Smoky aroma, slight bitterness, notes of chocolate, nuts and soft fruits such as bananas, almonds and blueberries.
Notes: Papamin as a company consistently seeks to optimize its product. This is why its staff attends continuing education courses in barista skills and roasting whenever instructors from the Specialty Coffee Association are in Puerto Rico.
